Metal Detector is a seaside treasure-themed slot game, complete with lapping wave and seagull sound effects. It’s a 5 reel game with 15 paylines that features all kinds of treasures for symbols, including a chest which nets you a 2,000 coin payout if you hit 5 of them on the reels. You can bet up to 5 coins per line.

There are two scatters and two bonus rounds in Metal Detector. The Treasure Map symbol triggers free spins – get three or more maps and you get to select where you think the treasure may be on the map. The amount of free spins and related multiplier is based on your selection.

Metal Detector’s second scatter is the Detector Dude symbol, with his funky sunglasses. Get three or more of these symbols on any reel and you get to dig for riches in the special Dig Bonus round. This is a great feature of the game, in that you have to use the map to select where you’d like to dig and then move the digger around to determine where the treasure might be. When the meter starts flashing, you start digging.

There are no wilds in Metal Detector. Wins pay left to right except for the scatter wins, which are calculated by multiplying the Treasure Map and Detector Dude symbols combination payouts by the total wager.
