General Bonus Terms

• PLEASE NOTE: The individual Terms and Conditions for all available bonuses at Ruby Royal are detailed in the cashier. The terms below are in addition to these terms. Please refer to these specific terms when claiming your bonuses within the casino cashier.
  
• Only players who have registered a Real account are eligible to receive Promotions. The Bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
• Promotional offers are available once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
• If you want to take advantage on any bonus offer please make sure that you claim the specific offer before you make your deposit. If you do not know how to claim your offer, please contact support so that we can credit your bonus before you start playing with your deposit money.
• Please keep in mind that no bonuses can be granted on past deposits unless otherwise stated.
• If you request a bonus while having a pending withdrawal or balance, and without previous authorization, the winnings will be forfeited on all the successive deposits, and your deposit will be returned.
• If you want to keep winning with funds in pending status, you may either reverse funds in pending or make a deposit without taking a bonus.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses given by the casino are for wagering purposes only. Any amount up to the equivalent of the bonus will be deducted from your account balance / winnings once you meet your wagering requirements and request a withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses or incentives given by the casino (Free chips, Loyalty Points, CashBacks, Refer a Friend bonuses, Manager bonuses, etc) must be wagered at least 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
  
• Unless otherwise stated, in the case of deposit bonuses, customers must wager a total of fifteen (15) times the deposit + bonus amounts.
  
• Players from certain countries are required to wager TRIPLE the wagering (deposit + bonus) amount for all bonuses. These countries are: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Bhutan, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Russian Federation, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
• Unless otherwise stated (ie. game specific bonuses), when claiming a bonus you are allowed to play any game of your choice within the casino, however, please note that all games contribute at a different rate towards satisfying the wagering requirements. • In the interest of fair gaming, no cancellation or even money bets are allowed. If the player is found to have placed any even bets when meeting the requirements for a bonus all winnings will be voided and original deposit will be returned.
• Game specific bonuses (ie. Slots Only) can only be used to play on qualifying games as listed in the Terms and Conditions for the particular bonus within the casino cashier. If a player is found to use a game specific bonus to play any other game (other than the qualifying games) before fulfilling the wagering requirements the casino reserves the right to void all winnings.  Please be aware that restrictions on game play strictly apply to these bonuses. Once wagering requirements have been met, players are welcome to play any game of their choice.  
• The following games and any variants may have different table limits while promotions are active: Roulette, Blackjack, Sicbo, RedDog, Baccarat, PaiGow, War, ThreeCard Poker, LetItRide, Video Poker, Craps and Caribbean Stud.
• Withdrawal requests before the wagering requirements have been met will be refused until such time as the wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• A promotion is considered completed when a player meets the wagering requirements and a withdrawal is made or when the balance is zero.
• Unless otherwise stated, a promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and all promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by the casino. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.
• Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of the management if abuse of promotions is suspected. All withdrawals will be audited and refused where there is suspected fraud or at the casino management's discretion.
• Ruby Royal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in this "Terms and Conditions" section of the web site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis and to check any additional rules detailed within promotional emails. Should you be unclear about any point relating to a specific promotion, it is your responsibility to contact the support team and gain a full understanding before partaking in a promotion.
• Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or obligation.
• The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual players from promotional offers. Promotional offers via email, telephone or mail are extended only to the player whom the correspondence is addressed.
• Account balances will be reduced to zero by casino management and therefore closed if the account stays inactive for 6 months.
  

Free Bonus Terms:

• From time to time, Ruby Royal Casino, may award its members with free no deposit required offers (“Free Chips”, “Free Money”). Unless otherwise stated all following rules will apply to all Free Bonuses given by the casino
• In the case of Free Welcome Bonuses, only one welcome free bonus will be allowed per customer. Winnings made on duplicate accounts will automatically become void and will be removed from the accounts.

• Wagers on Progressive jackpot games are prohibited when playing with Free Chips. If a player plays progressives with our free chip offer, any winnings generated will be forfeited.
• If a Free Bonus promotion has specific game restrictions, you cannot play any other games using the Free Chip or any winnings generated from it.
• Players are not entitled to any winnings coming from Free Bonuses claimed while having pending cash outs. Winnings earned from such Free Bonuses will be void and removed.
• If you have previously enjoyed a Free Bonus offer, you will not be eligible to any successive Free Bonus offers until and unless you have made a real money deposit within the last three months.
• For security purposes in order to guarantee the withdrawal will be processed to the correct account, upon withdrawal of free bonus money, customers will be required to make a deposit. This deposit does not need to be wagered and can withdrawn straight away.
• In the event that a deposit is made prior to redeeming the free chip, then the free chip becomes a deposit bonus and it is subject to the 25x deposit plus bonus wagering requirement.
• If your account has been credited with a free chip, you need to complete wagering requirements in order to withdraw. In the event that you make a deposit without having cashed out the free chip, the maximum allowed withdrawal will be the Free Bonus maximum withdrawal and your deposit will be returned.
• In the event that a player accrues more than the stipulated max withdrawal, they must request a balance adjustment prior to making another deposit, since any winnings above the max cash-out amount are removed.
• Free Chips may not be available to all geographic locations. Eligibility will be determined by casino management.
• Ruby Royal Casino is conscious that some free bonus links may be posted in other sites or gambling forums or the information that the potential player received is forwarded to others who may not be eligible to claim the specific offer. If Ruby Royal has sufficient reasons to establish that a player did not obtain that specific offer through the exclusive means that this offer was sent out to, we will not honor any withdrawal requests from the player, even if he has met the wagering requirements.
