Ruby Royal (RR) is a casino owned and operated by R&C Processing Services Corp. of 95 New Road, Belize City, Belize. Ruby Royal is operated and regulated under a license issued by the Government of Curacao for the purpose of operating an online casino.
Playing at the casino, whether for fun play or real play constitutes an agreement between the player and RR that the player be bound by the following terms and conditions contained herein. The player accepts that this is a binding agreement between the player and the casino and is the sole agreement governing the player's relationship with the casino, to the exclusion of all other agreements, statements, and representations.
Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain of full force and effect.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without previous notice. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of the Casino Management and put into immediate effect.
The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ruby Royal website and online casino:
1.1 All software and website content found on the Ruby Royal website is copyrighted by RR (the "Licensed Materials"). All Licensed Material that are presented visually or audibly to the player are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of RR and its licensees. No player shall acquire any right whatsoever to all or any part of the Licensed Materials, except the right to use the Licensed Materials in accordance with this Agreement.
2.1 In becoming a member (player) of the casino, you fully understand and agree to abide by all rules, terms and conditions set forth by RR from time to time. It is the player’s responsibility to keep up to date with these rules, terms and conditions as they are subject to periodic change.
2.2 Players of the casino must be of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the player resides. Different jurisdictions carry varying rules pertaining to internet gambling. 2.3 In creating an account and becoming a player at the casino, whether for "fun play" or "real play", you guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of all information you submit. If it is determined by BC that any information given by the player is false, RR reserves the right to suspend a player’s account along with all relating cash-ins. The account will remain suspended until such time as RR has determined in its sole discretion that the player’s information was authentic and accurate.
2.4 RR reserves the right to refuse membership in the casino to any applicant or to suspend an existing member’s playing privileges without cause and at RR’s sole discretion.
2.5 In placing wagers at the casino, the player realizes that this is their voluntary involvement and is equal to gambling. Participation carries the risk of losing money and RR shall under no circumstances be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever incurred by the Player in connection with the player’s use of the casino.
2.6 Using electronic, mechanical, robotic or other devices to automatically make playing decisions is resolutely forbidden. If it is detected by RR that a player has violated this term, action may and will be taken including banning the player from future promotions and/or play, confiscating of net winnings, and the offering of such information to a casino industry database of "restricted players".
2.7 In the event of a casino system malfunction, all bets are void.
2.8 By playing any game at the casino, the player warrants that he is familiar with the rules of such game and acknowledges that the rules of each game are available through using the "help" facility at the casino.
3.1 Only one real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts, including those with different details, will not be eligible to claim or receive any winnings, and any withdrawals will be cancelled.
3.2 It is the responsibility of the player to keep confidential their account number and password. It is understood that having any third party involved in a player’s online casino account is a violation of this agreement. The player assumes full responsibility and agrees not to hold RR liable for any losses or damages resulting from the player’s failure to keep his account number and password confidential.
3.3 In providing their email address upon registration, the player agrees to receive occasional email correspondence at that address. If the player is no longer interested in receiving these emails, they may unsubscribe by emailing support.

3.5 We reserve the right to close your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without previous notice. Any balance in your account at the time of closure may be credited to you, however, we reserve the right to void any winnings and confiscate any balance if:

4.1 The casino reserves the right to request documentation for the purpose of identity verification prior to granting any deposits with or withdrawals from the player’s casino account.
4.2 A fee may be charged to the player to cover payments made by bank wire or check.
4.3 A maximum withdrawal limit of $€£1,000.00 (R10,000.00) to $€£5,000.00 (R50,000.00) per 24 hour period and $€£2,500.00 (R10,000.00) to $€£15,000.00 (R150,000.00) per week will apply depending on your VIP Level. Players who deposit with credit card can withdraw by any method listed in the cashier. Please note that before withdrawing you must make at least one deposit with the chosen withdrawal method. This is for account verification purposes.
4.4 Players winning a sizeable amount deemed to be worthy of publicity by the casino agree to make themselves available for any event arranged by RR in relation to that win. RR will at all times respect the player’s privacy in this event.
4.5 The casino reserves the right to use your first name and first initial of your surname (e.g. John S.) in any casino announcement regarding winning results.
4.6 Prior to any withdrawal, the customer’s game play will be reviewed for any irregular betting patterns in the interest of fair gaming. Betting behaviour such as, but not limited to, low margin bets, hedge betting, even money bets, in order to meet bonus wagering requirements will be considered as irregular betting, where the casino reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal and/or confiscate all winnings. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
4.7 If an account is linked to other accounts where chargebacks have been placed, the casino reserves the right to void all winnings if there are any.
