Sure you can. You will find the self exclusion option in the cashier in your casino account under the option “HELP”, Responsible Gaming. Here you will be given the option to either FREEZE or CLOSE your account. Freezing the account will temporarily suspend your account for a predefined period of 6 days to 6 months.
What do I do if I no longer want to use my account ?
If you want to close your account permanently, you can do it by choosing the option CLOSE ACCOUNT from the HELP, Responsible Gaming link in your casino cashier.
What happens when my self exclusion period ends ?
You will be able to log into your account normally again and be able to play the games you like.
